When a shampoo clean is needed
When the stain is in the fabric, not on the surface: coffee, juice, children's sweets, pet hair and smell, cigarette smoke, musty damp, traces of a used car's previous owner. Ordinary vacuuming and brushing (interior dry clean €50) will not shift them – you need an extractor that forces cleaning solution into the fabric and pulls the dirt out with the water.
Three levels
Spot €40 – one stain or one seat, ideal after a mishap. Whole interior from €200 – all seats, floor and mats, headlining, door cards, boot. Detailing from €350 – plus deep cleaning and conditioning of the plastics, leather seat cleaning and conditioner, seat belt cleaning, air vents and gaps, glass inside. The last is the level for pre-sale preparation and lease returns.
How it works
1) Vacuuming and brushing so loose dirt does not turn to mud. 2) Pre-treatment of stains by type (grease, protein, tannin). 3) Extractor: cleaning solution under pressure into the fabric, straight back out with the dirt – the fabric is left damp, not wet. 4) Repeated until the water coming out is clean. 5) Drying with a heater. The interior is driveable after 3–4 hours and completely dry in 24 hours.
Done overnight – dry by morning
The drying time is why a shampoo clean suits us at night: you drop the car off in the evening (or we collect it), we clean it overnight, and in the morning the interior is dry and the car is back. No other car wash in Tallinn offers this.
Smells that cannot be washed out
Smoke, mould and animal smells are in the ventilation and the air too. Ozone treatment (from €50) destroys odour molecules and bacteria where the extractor cannot reach. Combined with a shampoo clean the result is permanent – an air freshener only masks it.
Leather needs different care
Leather seats are not cleaned with an extractor. We clean them with a special brush and leather cleaner and apply a conditioner that keeps the leather soft and protects it from UV (from €100). Dry, cracked leather is usually neglected, not worn out.
