Insurance claims in Tallinn – call us, we handle the rest
Accident, car-park scratch or hail damage: 24/7 towing, damage assessment, communication with the insurer, body and paint repairs and a courtesy car for the duration. You do not fill in a single form.

How the claims process works
1) Call +372 5455 4001 – if needed we send a tow truck straight away. 2) We photograph and assess the damage and prepare the calculation in the insurer's system. 3) We communicate with the insurer and wait for approval (usually 1–3 working days). 4) Repair: body, paint, mechanics, glass. 5) We hand the car back clean and washed. You have a courtesy car the whole time.
All Estonian insurers
We work with all Estonian insurers: If, Ergo, PZU, Swedbank, LHV, Seesam, Salva, Gjensidige, Compensa, Inges, BTA, Balcia. Insurers accept our quotes. For a casco claim you pay us only the excess; for a third-party liability claim (when the other party is at fault) the repair is free for you.
Bodywork and painting without insurance too
Car-park scratches, stone chips, rust spots, dents – we also do smaller jobs at your own expense: panel work €55/h, painting €65/h + materials €100/m². We match the colour by factory code and spectrophotometer so the repair is invisible. See bodywork and paintwork.
Why not the dealership
Dealership prices are usually 30–40 % higher, the repair takes longer and a courtesy car is not always guaranteed. The insurer does not require a dealership repair – you have the right to choose the workshop.
Insurance claims in Tallinn – frequently asked questions
Do I have to deal with the insurer myself?
No. We file the claim, prepare the calculation and handle all communication for you. You only approve the repair.
Do I get a courtesy car?
Yes, for the whole repair period. Casco insurance usually covers it; we tell you in advance if it does not.
How long does the repair take?
Minor car-park damage 2–4 days, an average accident 1–2 weeks, depending on parts delivery. We give the deadline with the calculation.
Can I have the repair done at your workshop if the insurer recommends another one?
Yes, you have the legal right to choose the workshop.
