Do you really work 24 hours?
Yes – around the clock from Monday to Friday, provided the time is booked in advance. At weekends we take bookings by prior arrangement. Call +372 5455 4001 before coming so the mechanic is there waiting for you.
How does car pick-up work?
Book a time and tick “pick up my car”. Our mechanic collects the car at the agreed time, we do the work and bring the car back. Car transport within Tallinn costs €25.
How much does a tyre change cost in Tallinn?
At Fix Wheels a full change of 4 tyres including balancing costs €60 (up to 18 inches) or €80 (from 19 inches); a wheel swap without fitting €50 / €70. Tyre repair €35, tyre hotel €45 per season. A tyre change takes 30–60 minutes.
Which car makes do you service?
All makes of passenger cars and light vans, including hybrid and electric vehicles. Tyre work up to 22-inch wheels, including Run Flat tyres.
Do I have to deal with the insurer myself for a claim?
No. We handle everything: we assess the damage, communicate with the insurer, repair the car and give you a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. We work with all Estonian insurers.
Do you give a warranty on the work?
Yes, all work and all parts we supply are covered by a warranty. The exact terms are stated on the invoice.
Can I come without a booking?
You can, but we recommend calling first. Customers with a booking are seen at the agreed time; walk-in jobs are handled in order of arrival.
Do you also look after company fleets?
Yes. For company fleets we offer overnight servicing, pick-up and a single consolidated invoice, so the cars are on the road during the day. Ask for a quote.
