Why a day off the road costs more than the repair
A rental car, a courier van or a sales rep's car sitting in a workshop on a working day costs the company €100–300 a day in lost revenue or a replacement vehicle. Our model is the other way round: with prior booking we work around the clock Mon–Fri, so servicing, tyre changes or washing happen when the car would be parked anyway. We collect the car from your car park and bring it back by morning.
What we do for fleets
Scheduled servicing to the manufacturer's schedule with a service book entry, repairs and diagnostics, tyre changes for the whole fleet within a week at the start of the season with tyre hotel storage, bodywork and insurance claims during the day (all paperwork handled by us, courtesy car during the repair), regular hand washing and interior cleaning, pre-lease-return inspection and preparation, pre-purchase inspection when acquiring new fleet vehicles.
How the partnership works
1) You send a list of vehicles (make, model, reg. number, mileage) – we prepare a quote and a service schedule. 2) We agree a permanent contact and a booking method (phone, e-mail or thegarageapp). 3) For every job you receive a quote for approval first; agreed routine work (washing, tyres) is done without separate approval. 4) At the end of the month one consolidated invoice, itemised per vehicle – easy for your accountant.

How big does the fleet have to be?
There is no minimum – even for 2–3 cars we do overnight servicing and pick-up. The quote is based on the number of vehicles and services.
Can we get one invoice a month?
Yes, a consolidated invoice itemised per vehicle, payment terms by arrangement.
Do you collect the cars from our car park yourselves?
Yes, within Tallinn. Keys and the condition of the car are documented with photos.
Do you handle vans and minibuses too?
Yes – servicing, tyres, bodywork and washing for vehicles up to 3.5 t.
How do insurance claims work?
The same as for private customers: we file the claim, prepare the calculation and handle communication with the insurer; insurers accept our quotes. Courtesy car for the repair period.
